Fast, clean and delicious as almost always at McDonald's. Always recommended for a good quick gusta snack. To be picked up at the drive in (ratz fatz service) or in the modern restaurant.

What to say about Mc Nothing! Hunger and laziness drive me there in an emergency ... but check your order ... something is often forgotten here ... poor!

Ordering at the terminal takes getting used to .. a little difficult .. sometimes you can only find certain offers via the app .. friendly service .. With Corona mouth and nose protection everywhere ... except at the table ... Toilets are very much used as always

Cold food. Waited forever. Couldn't order via mobile phone although it was displayed online to me I was told that this is not possible.

In at the exit, out at the entrance. Unfortunately, I did not understand the meaning of this hygiene concept, but otherwise quite OK.

After 2 sentences with the staff, I decided to eat elsewhere. I do not recommend the premises and suggests to the owner training the staff with particular emphasis on customer service

Absolutely rude staff. No matter if Corona or not. You can still be net and write a sign that you just have to order via the screen. Which is actually not good, touched with your hands and then you eat your food afterwards. Food wasn't good either

Fast service as it should be with fast food! Actually, I'm not there that often, but actually never have anything to complain about! Last time we tried ordering via the app, it's super practical if you order for your colleagues, and I have to say that everything went really well!

I don't know if that's always the case, today an order was only possible at the terminals, AAABER !!! Cash payment at the service counter was possible. What's wrong with that? We order anytime and anywhere at the counter because the terminals are too cumbersome for us and we usually pay in cash. Furthermore, we got one drink too few brought to the table, the missing drink only came on request. The BigMäc was "fart dry" to say the least, because the FAMOUS BigMäc sauce was completely missing, even though it was freshly prepared. Furthermore, we got no less than 2 napkins for 3 people brought to the table. In the drinks, a quarter of the cup was filled with ice. That is definitely too much (keyword: rip-offs) That’s nowhere else. Structurally, however, this restaurant is a role model, lots of outside spaces, a large indoor area, the toilets were clean, which is not the case with this chain. CONCLUSION today: Unfortunately only a 3 star rating with the hope of improvement. Unfortunately, we don't go there very often to see any improvements. MfG R. MEYER

Very bad organization and disinfection in corona times !!! Disinfectant didn't work! When we ordered, 2 things were missing - although an order was made at the terminal! Thus unnecessary walking around the customers. Because also with others a lot was missing !!! McCafe was also not manned - so there was a crowd at 3 terminals (one was blocked)! Felt very uncomfortable- sorry !! Tables were not disinfected let alone wiped after customers! That is not how it works! Sorry! Food was ok - Default!!

Nice big shop with lots of seats inside and outside. It was very easy to order via the terminal, and payment was possible with an EC card or in cash. You can save a lot of money with the app's coupon. Parking spaces are also plentiful. There are also some other shops at the truck stop (gas station, truck wash and more).

Average waiting time is about 15 minutes. Is it fast food or a restaurant?

Very nice for a McDonalds. Above all, I really liked the wonderful quiet and the extremely few visitors on a weekday after 11:00 a.m. Nevertheless I don't want to be in ANY McDonalds when there is a huge crowd!

As can be expected at a McDonald's franchise, good burgers!

This branch has the best drive. Very fast and really happy with the service. Irrespective of the crowd the food is given under 3 minutes.

Unhygienisch.....

Serving was not so good, it was a smaller chaos, but finally we got what we ordered. Than we realized a xheesburher is missing :) But it was clean, and there is a great playing arena next to it, perfect with kids to move a little on a long travel

Taking the "fast" out of fastfood.

Very old building. Just regular cashier's, quite dirty. Also it's not comfortable way to this mc if you're driving from Berlin to Frankfurt direction. Near mc here is lpg fuel station (shell) with dish connector (a lot of fuel station's here is with acme connector).
